      Pros

      It's a great atmosphere with a lot of students who are eager to learn. If you have a passion for what you're teaching, it's very rewarding.

      Cons

      Very low pay, no benefits, and no job security. Even if you have a graduate degree, you are treated like the bottom rung on the ladder.

      Pros

      It is a quite town so it is a great place to raise kids. Another good thing about working in pueblo is that is an almost crime free zone.

      Cons

      Well, the cons are that living in a quite town, one might get bored, if one is the kind to get bored.

      Pros

      A graduate degree in Computer Science will greatly enhance your employment prospects.. The professors are knowledgeable in their fields and generally give a lot of personal time to graduate students. The University has a pleasant atmosphere and lots of amenities.

      Cons

      Graduate school does not include competitive compensation in their package, and at CSU that includes health insurance and student fees, which will amount to 25-30% of your annual income. You will have a hard time making ends meet on your stipend. The quality of research is below that of big name schools and you are unlikely to get into the top conferences and journals unless you work in Atmospheric Science.
