In nearly 4 years, the sum of all my raises is less than $1 and I was given a promotion twice. - the company constantly cuts associates' hours and there are a lot of layoffs. - very few career opportunities, especially in smaller cities. Want to be stuck in the same position for ages, never grow and never be challenged? Umpqua Bank is the perfect fit for you. - your effort is nearly never recognized or appreciated. Bottom line...
