      Flexiable hours, PTO and great incentive.

      Cons

      Uncompetitive pay and you have to work yourself to the ground and fight for a raise every year. Branch consolidations are creating a lot tension between management and employees. Nobody seems to listen or care anymore.. Umpqua has lost its culture since the new CEO took over. The sales goals are out of reach and unrealistic. Upper management has no idea what It’s like to work at the retail level.
