Pros

This company is in a growth mode (acquisition phase) and as they continue to grow and acquire other banks, they can cherry pick technology they aquire to improve their ability to serve customers.

Cons

Federal regulations combined with lower pay make working for the company frustrating at times. Overall, there's not a sense of urgency that I've seen at other companies I've been with.

The work was not overly challenging but one must be able to teach themselves and learn on their own because management was not readily available to help.

Cons

The list is too long to describe. I would not recommend this position to anyone that is looking to join Columbia Bank. Look elsewhere for a better position.
