Very involved in the community and allow staff to do volunteer work during their work time. The employees really try to work with each other and help each other out to solve problems.

Cons

The organization is not as cutting edge as it believes it is.

Pros

40 hours of paid community service a year, but in my store, there was not enough staff to be able to do the community service during work hours, so had to volunteer on the weekends.

Cons

under-staffed, hostile work environment, belittled on a daily basis, felt more like a child than an employee. The manager needs more people training skills. Favortism was very real and the manager showed her displeasure. Went home every night for four months in tears and went to work every day walking on egg shells. Not a good environment.
