2% cap on raises, but Ray Davis gets 1.4 million raise this year alone.

Pros

medical benefits are nice, they used to be better. For the most part you work with great people, it's upper management/managers that make it hard to work.

Cons

Management terrorizes associates with fear. Sure they give you lots of sick time, but if you ever use it you get written up, and the run the stores so lean, that it's difficult to even schedule vacation. They expect to much out of associates, They push to many tasks with not enough people to run a location. When they only give you time on "teller row", how are you supposed to prospect, and open new accounts, and loans. You have to be available to customers always. Then they tell you, we don't have enough time for connect, which is part of our culture.

Pros

They do believe in giving back to the local community. Although that does take time away from your job because they don't allow it outside of business hours.

Cons

Really couldn't recommend employment here. Way too much stress put on the Associates as far as goals and selling and not enough praise for a job well done.

Fun, the people are great! Impowered, your customers can count on YOU to get them the answers, not to be passed off! Strong, great to work for a company lead by someone with such strong vision and amazing wisdom in the financial world!

Cons

Sometimes the management between our awesome manager and Ray don't share the same vision!
