Amazing work culture, friendly employees, "motivational moments" once a week

Cons

The only con was that the bank was in the integration process with Sterling. This made it more complicated to get work done. Hopefully everything is running smoothly!

Their customer service training is top notch. Employees are paid for performance. Some of their procedures for customer service are some of the best I've seen.

Cons

Large turnover. Promoting within for warm body placement rather than qualifications. Need more visibility from upper managemt to make sure policies are carried out.

The benefits are great! Also it is very rewarding both financially as well as personally to work for the company.

Cons

The bank is still so small and un-organized. The technology is greatly lacking.
