Pretty average place to work
Pros
You get all major holidays off. If you aren't in an entry level position you get to enjoy way more perks and have a way better quality of life. The top level management is great.
Cons
Pay is okay but they are very stingy with raises and you will be living paycheck to paycheck as the wages haven't caught up with the local cost of living if you work in an entry level position be prepared to kiss up as much as possible to get into a better position as managers will only promote those who stroke their ego. Micro-managing is very real at the bank and it makes for a terrible work environment. The tenured lower management acts like the have a chip on their shoulders and that they are still in the military the way they try to approach work situations and it doesn't fair well 98% of the time. Probably some of the worst management I've ever dealt with.
