      Pros

      Some great people to work with.

      Cons

      IT Management does not listen to the Engineer even when concerns are valid. Workload is not evenly distributed between engineers. Direct Management is not responsive to direct reports. Direct Management for some depts not aware of the time needed to maintain back end infrastructure.

      Great co-workers and not much else.

      Cons

      Many managers lack empathy. This company used to be pretty good (so, I've heard) but it has become one of those "use 'em up, spit 'em out" workplaces. Benefits are so-so at best.

      Pros

      This is a company that truly values their employees. Most banks see everything as a number, CB sees how they can actually help people (employees and customers alike). They try to keep work fun and happy for everyone.

      Cons

      It's banking, so there are sales involved which isn't for everyone. And you have a lot to learn as far as regulations go, but the company itself doesn't have any cons as far as industry standards go.
