Pros

It's a great job if you like working really hard with lots of overtime and mostly doing it all yourself. Lots of other great people to talk to while working. Good for early risers. Hard to get fired. Not Micromanaged.

Cons

Extreme lack of communication. Extreme amount of overtime. Expects you to be as fast as flash. During the busy times, you will work from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep. Even worse fact that everyone calls in sick all the time which makes everyone have to work longer.

Straightforward work, expectations are clear and the people were mostly good to work with. Overtime was good, but basically required and the culture for the most part was that nobody leaves until thr work is done so at least you're all in it together.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, overtime was nice but basically required every day leaving very little time or energy to enjoy life outside of work.
