Pros

Some really hard working and great people

Cons

People taken advantage of and if not a part of the “club” you will not advance. Culture is fake, core values are fake and hard work is not valued as it should be. Don’t believe a lot of the positive reviews that read on this site.

Do not work for this company

Pros

401k benefits are decent, the location I was at had some great people.

Cons

Everyone is replaceable and treated as such. A lot of backstabbing, favoritism, and outright lying from every level of management down to the sales team. Pay is extremely top heavy and most mid level jobs and below pay considerably less than the competition in the area, while expecting a minimum of the same level of output. Customer service, once a selling point, has been replaced by a greed for higher quarterly and monthly numbers. Profits are all this company cares for with little to no care given to the happiness or longevity of employee or customer relations. Honesty and integrity will only get you taken advantage of by those that have neither while they blame you for their own mistakes.

Red Bull Sales

Pros

It was a job. I liked my managers and the co-workers were also very friendly.

Cons

Oh boy - where to begin? You get up at 5:00 A.M. and drive a Red Bull van around town 50+ hours /week for a measly $34,000/year. This is not a true sales job as you do not negotiate price, terms, contracts, etc. - you are basically just taking orders on how many cases stores need to fill their shelves and have enough back stock to get them through until you come again. Also, you will spend a decent amount of time breaking down boxes and filling shelves with Red Bull, as apparently that's your job to do as well - oh, and if any of the skews don't sell (because no one buys some of their products) you have to rotate them out or pay for the cans yourself! The whole thing is just a bad deal aside from, as I have said, it's a job. Most people want to be beer reps as their is much more money in that role, or work for the direct side of the alcohol industry. This is a very rough stepping stone.
