In all honesty, can't think of any.

Cons

Long list, brace yourselves: -Company is perpetually understaffed causing good employee to burn out and leave -Ratio of product to merchandisers is grossly unbalanced -Morale is perpetually low -An inspiring work culture is non-existent -Non competitive wages: given the perpetual understaffing issues, and amount of product, merchandisers deserve better wages and benefits (if you do a cursory internet search, you'll discover that other companies in the same industry have higher wages) -This position is non-union; only workers at the warehouse and truck drivers are union, merches are not. Be warned.

Hardworking people plenty of overtime but management very focused on the company rather than the employees.

Pros

The pay is competitive and plenty of overtime. Plenty of hardworking people there. Benefits are good but expensive. Payed vacation after a year.

Cons

Must work long hours, management is more worried about the company than the employees, no real room to move up, hard manual labor so you’re always tired and the home life balance suffers, unbalanced between day shift, night shift, and drivers when it comes to treatment.

Cons

People taken advantage of and if not a part of the “club” you will not advance. Culture is fake, core values are fake and hard work is not valued as it should be. Don’t believe a lot of the positive reviews that read on this site.
