Steady work, plenty of overtime available.

Cons

Night crew treated terrible by day shift. No real way to move up in the company and if you do switch positions your hit with a pay decrease which is insane.

Pay, flexible with vacation. Team oriented. Director and GM very cool people. Union for warehouse workers and pat increase every year.

Cons

Expensive health care plan for management. Always changing and new procedures every year. Have to constantly prove yourself to new boss when they change leadership. It gets annoying after a while. Worked for 6 different boss in the last 9 years.
