Pay is extremely top heavy and most mid level jobs and below pay considerably less than the competition in the area, while expecting a minimum of the same level of output. Customer service, once a selling point, has been replaced by a greed for higher quarterly and monthly numbers. Profits are all this company cares for with little to no care given to the happiness or longevity of employee or customer relations. Honesty and integrity will only get you taken advantage of by those that have neither while they blame you for their own mistakes.
