Overall a very good company to work for, but definitely not without its flaws.

Good benefits, strong finances, family-owned, broad market.

Cons

Some immature and unfit supervisors / managers cause internal conflict between employees and depts. Upper Management does not seem to understand the nature of a highly engineered and broad product line. Little is done to develop employees.
