I can't think of any.

Cons

Management is unsupportive and non-responsive. They do not understand the medical laws in the state of Oregon and demand that providers do things that are illegal Managers attempt to practice medicine by bullying providers. They put patient satisfaction above everything, including provider safety.

Busy environment. Pleasant building ambiance with lots of potential to be a good small town hospital.

Cons

Middle management and supervisors are sorely underqualified and provide very little support or training for staff. Very cliqish about friends and family in the hiring process.
