Pros

Excellent atmosphere, lovely staff, history and culture of excellence. Everyone is always pulling in the same direction which pushes results.

Cons

There aren't any really - lack of time in lieu is a big thing for me but this varies from employer to employer and really should be discussed at the interview stage.

Pros

Great vacation policy, very good benefits including employee education benefits for those wishing to pursue a degree. Very good community of staff.

Cons

Salary range and annual increases leave something to be desired for those for whom salary is an important factor, even if overall benefits are quite good. While job postings are frequent, internal advancement opportunities in the context of the department of origin were few.
