Great population to work with, great staff. Awesome healthcare benefits and retirement plan.

Cons

Administration is top heavy and unwieldy, provider compensation is too complex and the goalposts are systematically moved so one can never earn a fair market salary.

People are promoted based on seniority, not based on skill. Culture is not consistent across departments. In the departments where it's good, it's excellent!
