Pros

Column is a great company who give people a chance to grow and learn at a rapid pace. Very little micro management which enables consultants to take on as much as they are ready for. Loyalty and customer success is rewarded.

Cons

There are no cons - the employees are friendly and very knowledgable.

No real software development, mostly setting up remedy. Alot of traveling. No room for movement in the company.
