Ok benefits, great industry, ok salary, many options to move around.

Cons

Want top tier performance for middle salary. Benefits continue to diminish over time. New CEO is a odd figurehead. Illinois regulatory body is out of touch. Switching in office policy in a short period of time, without warning.

Job security once you're in, ability to move around within Exelon if you end up somewhere you don't like

Old school work culture, everyone forced to return to office due to CEO's personal preference, sad annual raises that hardly keep up with inflation, pathetic employee recognitions and gifts, limited vacation for newer employees, mediocre 401k match, endless fire drills and toxic leadership that talk the talk of work life balance but never walk the walk, perks of generous annual bonus negated by poor base salaries
