Pros

Great to work for and cares about employees work life balance . Benefits up to par with other areas in industry

Cons

Challenging area of country to live with family, high taxes and some dangerous spots. Winter winter winter...not much to complain about

Micromanagement Not forward thinking Technology is 10 yrs behind, maybe 15yrs on some applications Hard to get innovative ideas out to people, ideas get shot down early in the process Narrow minded in terms of operations, "been doing it this way for 30 yrs, why change now"
