      Pros

      Nice people to work with, I was in commissioning and then relay protection, great teamwork, good health benefits, pension was good until it was offered now only 401k and employee stock purchasing plan

      Cons

      Commissioning can be tough on work/ life balance but that would be anywhere regardless which company you work for.

      For those who were hired in exempted position still got cash balance plan

      Cons

      Engineer and manager compensation is not on par with the industry and executives were made aware however, nothing is being done. Sr management tend to do pat on the shoulder hiring for manager positions and Sr manager positions instead of evaluating who is properly qualified. Lot of people left ranges from Director, to Sr Manager, managers and more individual contributors to higher paying companies.
