This healthcare company is bettering itself by weeding out the employees that are not fulfilling their duties and are hiring top of the line Caregivers that are professional and actually care about the patients. That is the reason I joined their crew of caregivers.

I hope to be compensated for my services sooner than what I've been told....

They accommodate flexible schedules - good for students. No experience required, which is good for those just getting started.

Cons

Not enough up-front training. The office seems disorganized. Wages are low, though that is typical for home care. New caregivers are sometimes put in situations they are not prepared for.
