Good for a student trying to work a flexible schedule.

Cons

Other employees were rude and didn't treat anyone with respect. Pay's not great. The staff could be given more information prior to entering a new clients home.

-Patience and a big heart are required. -Helping out a cause greater than yourself. -Easily adapt to any role there.

Cons

-Mixed signals from management will leave you scratching your head. -Knee jerk reactive decisions make working with "top" management frustrating. -Terrible interpersonal communication on all parties makes the process frustrating. -In the age of a paperless society they still use paper and nothing is streamlined when it comes to business processes. -Company is in serious need of an overhaul that includes a William Deming overhaul.
