very nice people to work for.

Cons

they do not give raises as they say they will. They keep putting you off with excuses. Even though you have been an excellent employee and they even tell you that.

Owner is very very friendly, down to Earth, and likeable Reachable when you need Tries to accommodate CLT's & staff with mutual pairings Owner (Ms. K) dedicated her best to resolving any issues Ms. K is such an optimistic, open minded, caring ball of energy that you want to see her business succeed and are willing to dedicate yourself to the job

Cons

Inconsistent schedule (w/in a moments notice your shift could be cancelled which is very upsetting bc you don't get paid when that happens, you just take the loss and hopefully make the hours up at a later time) Low wages Lacks opportunities for growth
