Helping elderly and making a difference

Cons

Very challenging work, you will have to clean people and do a lot of unappealing tasks. Dealing with all of the various personalities of the elderly can be very challenging as well. Overall not an easy job.

Great communication. My schedule has stayed the same. Opportunity for more hours when needed. They always ask me first if I'm available to take on a shift. They don't make me feel bad if I'm unavailable. It stuck with me being told that I matter too.

Cons

Just wish the pay was a little better. But there is incentive to become a CNA and get paid more.
