Pros

-Very professional AND caring to employees and clients. I previously worked a couple of months with Cloverleaf Care. They were professional but not caring hence my headline since ComForCare is both. -Offers training. -Communicative and supportive staff.

Cons

Being new to the company and field, I don't have any complaints or cons yet as they haven't come up.

Clients are in dire need of a lot of help and previous caregivers Did not do that, in my opinion

Cons

Inept hiring process. Management does not care about the employees and everything that they do is by the seat of their pants and at the very very last minute. Stressful and causes a lot of stress when you don’t know what you’re doing where you’re going or for whom you’re working
