Pros

Company's mission and overall oobjective is good. Flexible work schedule and good pay. Rewarding work in providing assistance and compassionate care to seniors.

Cons

Terrible management with no dedication to upholding the business mode and mission. No raises are given and they dont appreciate their employees at all.

I was put on restrictions for pregnancy and the office staff would still schedule me on places that I could not go, then proceeded to get mad at me because I couldn't do certain cases. Also they have no respect for personal time. I was constantly being called in to work on my days off to the point where I stopped answering my phone on my days off. Select office members have a degrading adittude and while at my interview called other staff a bunch of "p****ies" because they wouldn't go to cedar point. I have been thrown into cases that I should not have been with out training. Never work for this company. Oh and the also.call.you on shifts,.so unprofessional
