Pros
I’ve been with ComPsych for just under a year in a management position and my time here has been great. I find the environment and culture to be very supportive and welcoming for a new team member. The team at ComPsych is very passionate about EAP and absence management which defines the culture here. ComPsych is a smaller company, by corporation standards, and as such there is the ability to become involved in multiple projects, tasks and needs. Since starting I’ve engaged in work involving multiple different departments and various activities that are helping to expand my knowledge of the company, as well as, my own skill set. The variation in activities ensures there is always a challenge and I don’t feel like my work is bland or stagnant.
