      Not worth it. Look elsewhere

      Pros

      The people are nice and work-life balance is good, but that’s literally it. Oh and if there’s ever another pandemic, at least this job is secure.

      Cons

      Everything else. The pay for what we have to deal with is nowhere near enough. If we’re not talking to an angry employee that’s yelling at us, we’re talking to someone who is really sick. It’s overall emotionally exhausting. On top of that, the micromanaging is embarrassing. The turnover rate is really high which says everything you need to know.

      Pros

      In my 10+ years, I've worked on a number of different teams within the company and have been supported every step of the way by not only my colleagues but also my supervisors. This work environment is so collaborative and has allowed me to grow from a Resource Specialist to Team Lead overseeing multiple teams. There are also great opportunities for advancement throughout the company if you're motivated and continue to work hard. I also truly appreciate how the company responded so quickly and allowed for remote work options to keep us all safe and healthy during the pandemic.

      Cons

      One of my supervisors once told me that the reward for good work is more work. Workload can fluctuate sometimes drastically and it can be difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance .
