      Pros

      They are very flexible with your schedule. Many of their employees are going to school, or simply need more time for their family, and ComPsych will usually do their best to work to accommodate you.

      Cons

      Working remotely has really put a damper on free bagel fridays

      Pros

      If you can go to work each day and help people there is nothing more rewarding. Working with great coworkers who are like minded makes ComPsych a nice place to work. Ive been here a long time and if you work hard and want to grow with the company there is a place for you here.

      Like every company I’ve ever worked for technology always can be improved upon. With that said we’re working on making things faster, easier, smoother.

      New to the game and enjoy helping support our callers during their time of need, especially during this pandemic. Great team lead support structure, flexibility to work from home, and the ability to obtain Supervision hours.

      Pay is competitive with other healthcare opportunities, but benefits are on the expensive side.
