      Pros

      Opportunity for growth both laterally and vertically. Business is always changing and evolving, so you will constantly learn new skills. Good work-life balance. Some positions allow flexible work from home schedules. Management is invested in their employees and want to see them succeed. There are several entry level positions as well as more senior positions, and you will work with a diverse group of employees.

      Cons

      There is currently no paid family leave, no paid maternity leave, and STD is only 50% of your earnings (unless you pay extra to get it to 60%).

      Outside of the EAP industry, the ComPsych brand is not as well known. We have an opportunity to showcase our story in a more compelling way to potential external talent
