      Pros

      Upper and middle management are supportive and encouraging. If they value your skills, they are collaborative and respectful and will work with you/want you to feel valued and fulfilled. The majority of people at ComPsych are wonderful; most work for the company because they want to help people and make a positive difference in the mental health field.

      Cons

      Internal processes can feel antiquated, like most places. Some systems aren’t as intuitive as they could be and make a lot of work manual.
