It offers a professional title which is great for recent grad-school graduates.

Cons

Management/Team Leaders are disrespectful and difficult to work with. Socializing is not encouraged and is a very lonely place to work. A lot of high risk callers and no follow up is allowed.

The last year presented many challenges to a provider of mental health services. ComPsych was able to pivot and change quickly to support the needs of our customers and clients. Executive management has been very proactive in communicating and has been available for discussion on current events and concerns. The teams within the department are very connected to each other and comfortable looking for support when needed, both personally and professionally. The work is ever varying which helps to keep you interested. I have been here almost 8 years and I still learn new things weekly at a minimum. The mission of ComPsych is very motivating b/c all employees feel a direct responsibility of ensuring our clients receive great mental health care.

Cons

The environment is very fast paced, so that has to be something you are comfortable with to work here. Sometimes system based improvements seem to take longer than desired.
