      Pros

      The best part of working for ComPsych is the friendliness of the team, our team leader and the responsive of the entire company.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, they don't offer sick time (all time is PTO therefore not enough of it), they don't pay for any maintenance of a license they require you to have but they give 3 days off for training time. When one is a mental health therapist, you NEED to refresh yourself with live, in person training (a company should pay for that especially for therapists), time off in general due to compassion fatigue.

      Pros

      I have been very pleased w/my first 90 days at ComPsych. The company is steadily growing every year and always adding employees. All teams are very communicative and extremely responsive when something needs to be done to win a deal. Competitive pay as well. EXCELLENT company to work for! I hope to finish out my career at ComPsych.

      PTO is not as competitive as other companies I have worked for
