Pros
I liked the calm atmosphere in a very busy work day. I liked the Director. I think it is a very good start for a new therapist freshly graduated from college. Management is very patient. I liked their bagel & cream cheese Fridays! I liked working downtown right by Michigan avenue.
Cons
It was a small group. I thought it felt creepy with the intern gossips. Also I felt like there was no openings. Not much done to mix the whole staff on the floor. We would see each other in the tiny kitchen and that was it. 5K more per year and easier schedule to avoid packed trains at 4-5pm. I would have stayed. The winter jam in the L was a pain when it was snowing! Packed and taking 2hrs to get home vs 45min!
