      Professional and friendly management Helpful and professional feedback given frequently from management Every worker has been friendly and helpful Trust seems to be put into employees Work is not stressful and does not interfere with your personal life/personal time Snacks and coffee are nice little perk

      Currently in process of culture change to focus more on employees and retention Decent benefits Decent bonuses if you hit the numbers required Ability to shift roles after 1 yr

      Many growing pains in turning around culture and shifting away from policies and culture that cause turnover and less than ideal work environments Poor Salary Not enough supervisors No options for inside supervision for newer employees
