Keep losing great people and hiring people like its a conveyor belt. No transparency between upper mgmt. and EE's Burnout happens relatively fast - you'll feel like a robot going through the motions at some point. I'd say more of a temporary position to get you started.

They don't let you know that january is a high work month. Shortened lunch on certain days, production goal is raised, and pto use is "not allowed". They do provide lunch on those days though.
