Pros

Friendly and helpful co-workers. Good location.

Cons

The pay and benefits are unsurvivable. The company has a quick turnover rate because it's extremely awful to work there. The majority of employees are minorities who are completely being taken advantage of by given awful salaries. This is the kind of corporation that pays slave wages while the CEO is obsenely wealthy. Depressing all around. The PTO is awful, the work itself repetitive and boring, the micromanagement from management unreal. Working at this soul sucking place ruined my mental health as much as quitting helped it, which is A LOT.

Pros

It's different for anyone who is new to the EAP world. The variety of benefits offered are nice because I never seen so many options before.

Cons

The bonus and incentives were highly praised and it was beneficial at first. Then after a short time of working for the company it was Changed. Now, we are required to work through half of lunch to do work when our load is overflowing. The incentives are no longer offered and if it is the new structure makes it difficult to make extra $. The absence policies is awful for a person w kids or for someone w pre-existing condition. We have the ability to work from home, but only once a month. Quotas are high, very cumbersome and makes the job stressful. The benefits are expensive for a family. The wages are low compared to previous employed specialist. Best advice to potential employees, don't get sick or have a big family and work for the company.
