      Pros

      The office environment is very supportive. All of my coworkers are helpful and awesome. The building itself is beautiful and there are lots of perks just being here, in the loop everyday. I enjoy my work and there are lots of opportunities for advancement and specialized training. Mondays are fun (free bagels etc), There are snacks on tap and my salary is comparable/higher than my cohort of graduates. This is my favorite job ever!

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. HR tries to improve the situation by offering free food and snacks but I rather have a higher salary. The food they offer is unhealthy anyways.

      Cons

      Low pay, expensive benefits, highly stressful work environment. Everyone I know is looking for a new job somewhere else. It's a daily struggle to make ends meet at this place.

      Pros

      I have been at ComPsych for a little under two years now, and have learned SO much throughout my time here. There have been a lot of positive changes that have been made over the past couple years, and I am hoping that continues. The team I am apart of is beyond amazing. Everyone is always willing to collaborate and help each other out when needed. My manager has been extremely supportive and helpful with career advancement and different learning opportunities!

      Cons

      I wish there were more casual jeans days versus only on Fridays.
