Recent positive reviews are likely the company padding their score. The FMLA department in Chicago is not large enough to support so many new positive reviews, with no one in the office knowing anyone who feels that way. If you join ComPsych you should be prepared to be treated like a child. The main perk of bagels on Friday is a pale offering, compared with the micro-management that occurs. If you spend more than two minutes grabbing that bagel, you will come back to messages asking why you aren't on the line taking calls. Don't let fake reviews let you think something has magically changed from the last round of negative reviews. Until some of the managers in FMLA are dismissed, nothing will change.
