      Pros

      They are pretty flexible when you need time off from work. Different restaurants come in every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to sell food.

      Cons

      Very low pay You're expected to source for candidates but they don't have a budget to allow you to post jobs. Everyone in the company uses Careerbuilder to resume mine so you contact the same candidates over and over again.

      Pros

      Great starter, interesting work duties, great snacks during the day, bagels on Fridays are great.

      Cons

      Coworkers, never felt like i was taken seriously by management, not sure how my superiors were ever promoted due to the fact the any time you came in contact with them, you could just feel the toxicity from them. Not sure how all my coworkers felt but our department felt stifling, and way to competitive for a job that anyone could do. Very disrespectful and knowledgeable on how to conduct meetings and conversations, especially regarding HR, HIPAA, and the ADA. Enjoy the low pay.

      Pros

      As echoed in many of the reviews here, the people at ComPsych are, on a whole, wonderfully helpful and supportive. Its a real collaborative environment where your coworkers are willing to help you out with any questions that you have. As my first job right out of college, it does take a little getting used to the corporate structure compared to a retail or food service setting, but the stability of the hours and employment security cannot be matched by any job I've ever had.

      Cons

      job specific process changes can occur frequently and quickly and aren't always relayed to the team in a way that allows an ample opportunity to ask questions if certain aspects are unclear.
