      Pros

      Bagels, location, views from the 10th or 11th floor, when you leave you'll literally have a different perspective on jobs.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, avoid this place at all cost, it seems like the department is getting worst, they have a back log, they constantly require more work. Low morale, lack of motivation, and management doesn't even fight for their employee needs.

      Great location, awesome co-workers, flexible schedules, private cubicles, great work space, snack bar, ticket raffles.

      Cons

      Repetitive work, slow track as far as growth, never really know many of your teammates or co-workers. disconnect between the higher ups and lower level employees, low salary, hard to receive a pay increase
