A company that genuinely cares Lots of support from other staff and management Great work environment Ability to work independently, but still be part of a wonderful team of professionals Opportunity to work extra hours Access to relocating to different offices around the world Ability to work in different departments within the same company The day-to-day job is always different and you have the opportunity to be challenged clinically Access to licensed professionals to complete supervision hours for licensure

Cons

Beginning pay is low, however the opportunity to work extra hours is something a lot of employee's, as well as myself take advantage of and is very beneficial. The number of sick days allotted per year is very low.

Micromanagement- very strict time limits and even bathroom breaks Compensation is very low, the benefits are high, deductibles are high Minimal raises that are below a national standard average even though the cost of living in the area is high.

The people are nice... I love the office and The location. My Manager is Great!!!!! And Fair!!!My experience thus far as being A Claims Specialist has been good. I have learned a lot. ComPsych provides you with the tools you need to be successful not just in claims, in any department. From my experience with Management they help guide you and offers additional training in your current position to help you maintain and enhance the skills needed to be successful and advance.

Cons

I have not had too many challenges at ComPsych. I am coming up to 3 years with the company..And its been great. The only Con I have is employees who complain when they don't get their way and being too concerned of what others are doing, and not focusing on their job.
