The LegalConnect team at ComPsych is a very positive environment, all the way from the top down. The General Counsel and Managing Attorney have created an excellent working environment, very professional and supportive. Colleagues on the team are all helpful and positive. The LegalConnect team is fully remote, so we all work independently and are not micromanaged, yet I feel fully connected to the team and managers as everyone is immediately available for questions or assistance and very responsive. I have had the same experience with the HR and IT Departments when any questions or issues have arisen, as well as with the corporate recruiter during the hiring process. The company places a very high value on customer service and providing counseling, legal and financial guidance and resources to individuals who might not otherwise have access to those services. Great company culture.
