      Pros

      This past year I celebrated my 10 year anniversary at ComPsych. I was rewarded in a very nice ceremony with a Rolex along with many other employees. It was a great experience to see how ComPsych shows appreciation for their employees. There are many other pros to working at ComPsych as well: - Positively impact mental health by providing Customer employees access to mental health resources globally - Large and layered organization with a wide variety of opportunities to move around within - Dedicated and high performing employees are recognized, receive additional perks (location dependent) and are promoted to more strategic positions within the organization - Executive leadership is very passionate about ComPsych's mission and works tirelessly to continuously improve our product offering

      Cons

      - Access to mental health services is a challenge globally which requires strategic thinking and creativity to ensure access to care - Efficiency improvement for operations does not happen as quick as leadership desires b/c of competing priorities for technology resources

      Pros

      The best part of working at ComPsych is impacting the lives of hundreds of millions of people per day (literally!). If youre looking for a place to feel rewarded for your work, im not sure there is a better place. Strong leadership with 30+ year history of growth

      Cons

      A little too flexible on the work from home policy. I wish policies were a bit tighter for certain roles so that there were better opportunities for camaraderie

      Pros

      This position gives me the opportunity to help many people which is quite fulfilling and mission oriented. My team and manager are amazing and very helpful across the board.

      Cons

      Currently fully remote and I would enjoy more opportunities to interact with my coworkers.
