Benefits can be better. We just had enrollment and they have made changes for the good. No increase in premiums Which is unheard of. Short term disability benefits are a bit high which drives some of my peers to not elect that benefit which then turns them to FMLA. As we grow I really think changes need to be communicated sooner and more often. Some of the existing management needs to step up to the new way or find other opportunities.

First and foremost, the trainer has favorites, and she also treats others like garbage. Be prepared to be ridiculed GRU is a terrible department. It may actually be better in other departments, or easy to stay for 10+ years when you aren't being scrutinized by 6+ bosses, or maybe where you're actually recognized by the CEO, but you are not valued in GRU. A good employer pays an appropriate sum for the job worked, has mentorship available, is actively involved, offers APPRECIATION & VALUE to employees, empowers their employees, or maybe even trusts them and these are simply not things you'll find here. The company runs on meeting the needs of its clients, but fails in meeting the needs of its own employees. For an Employee Assistance Program, this is absolutely ridiculous
