      Your duties become so mindless that you have plenty of time to search the internet for another job

      Cons

      Don't you think it's odd how the majority of the reviews are negative but every now and then a string of overly positive ones appear? Give me a break. Maybe you should spend less time trying to alter your Glassdoor rating and more time improving the several complaints the employees are voicing on here.

      Great work-life balance Office location - off Michigan Ave, tons of restaurants, shopping and public transportation nearby Senior management tends to be made up of driven, intelligent, inspiring people. They earned their positions. The nature of the business gives you the warm fuzzies - we're helping people at a challenging point in their lives. Free bagels on Fridays

      Terribly expensive benefits, especially for families. The health insurance is with the same provider as my previous employer and the coverage is comparable, yet I pay more than twice as much for it. I feel mislead. If I had known how expensive it was, I would have asked for more during salary negotiations to offset the cost. 401(k) matching is a complete joke. STD is not included. Even full time, salaried employees are required to clock in and out each day. These people are incredibly meeting-happy. So many meetings. Training, or lack thereof, is a serious issue. My experience has been very learn-as-you-go.
