If you have any issues with the management team (e.g. their micromanagement among other things), don't think that complaining or meeting with the HR team will do anything for you. There is absolutely zero care for any of the employees that isn't in a higher position. The amount of favoritism in this place is disgusting; if you are not one of the select few that they management team likes, forget about trying to get any help from them without being condescended towards when they "help" you with questions or concerns.
If you want any vacation time off, good luck getting it approved unless you're six months out from the event. Also forget about paid vacation time while you're at it because anytime you're sick they take out hours of your vacation time; and that's ONLY if you have earned said sick or vacation time via 1/2 day earned with each pay check. That's right, if you are somehow never sick or just love talking to 30+ people on the phone a day when you're sick and miserable, you will earn 1 day of PTO a month as that is the only way you will be paid for anytime you take off.
