High Turnover, Low Concern
Pros
My coworkers and even my direct supervisors are great people. It is an okay first job to build corporate experience but not somewhere I would recommend long-term.
Cons
I feel as though I have very little weight in department direction or any feedback and I am a front-line employee. For someone who hears about everything our clients dislike about our service you would think myself and my coworkers would be sought out for improvement feedback. For a corporation dedicated to assisting employees I think the assistance or perks we receive are pretty laughable at best. On top of your terribly small take home pay you are screwed even worse if you need to buy the health insurance. I have a basic plan and it is almost $150/month for basic dental and health.
